In addition to my position as Broker-In-Charge, I am a selling and listing Realtor, specializing in Fripp Island and Harbor Island properties. 

Fripp Island has been my full-time home since 1988. As a "hands on" owner/manager of multiple rental properties on Fripp Island, I can share a wealth of information and in-depth details regarding rental potential, cash flow models and other scenarios which will enable buyers to make informed decisions when purchasing properties. 

I hold an economics degree from Texas Tech University and have over 40 years of sales and marketing experience. I am a licensed South Carolina Broker-In-Charge/Realtor, member of Beaufort County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
